Please fill out this form to receive the vendor application or registration. Returners will bypass the application process while prospective new vendors will receive an application to complete for scoring.  Booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a wholesale-only show. Booths are tracked by product category; some categories fill earlier than others.

Show dates for 2025 are March 5-6 with move-in on March 4.

On Eligibility, Please Note: This is a nonprofit producers show focused on Northern New York state. It is important for Buyer Days to remain true to its purpose of connecting area maker businesses with retailers, as we are an economic development non-profit and Buyer Days exists to support our local economy. This is a factor in scoring new vendor applications, however we are not exclusive to that area.
