Media Pass Application

Thank you for your interest in covering the BrightFire Music & Arts Festival. We are a collective of artists that work hard to bring art and creativity to the community. We appreciate your support! Over 1,000 visitors from around the greater Charlotte area and surrounding states will attend over the weekend.

We kindly request that media pass holders share the Festival content with our team. As media passes are limited for safety and security, we will prioritize professional photographers who promptly deliver media content to info@charlottenewmusic.org. Individuals who received media passes, but withhold their Festival media may not receive a pass for upcoming Festivals.

To apply for credentials, the request form must be filled out in its entirety to be considered two days prior to the Festival.

Media Requests

We appreciate media coverage that adds and enriches the experience of the Festival’s participants and community. Please contact us for additional media requests & interviews.

Press Passes

A media pass is not required for taking photos or videos of most events. Only media persons with a pass will be allowed backstage or in VIP areas, for the safety of the Festival participants and attendees. Without a media pass, we recommend showing up early to save a spot close to the stage.

Fri & Sat April 26-27. Gates open to the public at 4pm on Friday April 26.

We'll be at GreenLife Family Farm, located at 281 Odell School Rd, Concord, NC 28027.
