What's a Good Phone number to be notified of deals?
1.What type of investments do you do? Wholesaler, Cash out, Landlord, Rehabber. Which do you prefer? *
2. Are you looking for Commercial or Residential properties? Do you do strictly single-family residences, or are you into condos, mobile homes, multifamily dwellings, etc. as well? *
3. Will you provide POF (Proof of funds), with a LOI (Letter of intent) upon request? *
4. What areas are you most interested in For investing/buying properties? What Cities, States, and Regions of Country? *
5. What's your price range for an investment property purchase? *
6. What property characteristics do you look for? (Sqft, Bed/Bath, Acreage, Cap rate, # of units/doors etc.) *
7. How many deals a month can you handle? *
