We in LURC will provide an arrival service for you, assisting you at the airport, train station or
bus station!

In order for you to take part of our service; we need to know your date of arrival in advance!
You have to let us know your exact date and time of arrival. This means that it will be more
difficult for us to assist if you fly stand-by. Please use this arrival form to send us your arrival
details and please send them in before 31st of December 2021.

We provide the arrival service from the 10th to the 14th of January 2022 (Arrival Week).
If possible please try to arrive during office hours, 8 am to 5 pm, but it is okay to arrive later if
you are arriving during the official Arrival Week. If you cannot arrive before 10 pm, please provide this information while submitting your entry through our arrival form.We will do our best to assist you all, but there might be many exchange students arriving at once so we have a tight schedule and need your cooperation!

If you arrive after the 14th of January we will not be able to assist you at the airport, train
station or bus station. However, we will have times on the weekend (15th /16th of January) when
you can pick up your keys at our office. We will make the schedule once we have everyone's
arrival details and send it to you.

LURC organizes the arrival for Luleå students. Kiruna, Piteå and Skellefteå students - please
email your International Coordinators Programme Coordinator for more information. If you
don't have their contact information you can email us at info@lurc.se.

Due to restrictions regarding COVID-19, the exact format of the Arrival Week might be subject
to change closer to the beginning of the semester.
