This is an online sign-up sheet for the Fall 2023 Southern University Mechanical Engineering Departmental Comprehensive Exam (DCE).

The two-hour exam will be administered at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The deadline to COMPLETE and SUBMIT this Registration Form is 5:00 PM on Monday, November 6, 2023!!! If the registration form is not submitted, you will NOT be allowed to take this exam.

Also note, that those who have NOT SUBMITTED THEIR "INTENT TO GRADUATE FORM" and their "GRADUATION APPLICATION" by November 13, 2023 will NOT be allowed to take this exam. Access to both of these items can be found on the "Undergraduate Program" page of the ME Website (https://www.subr.edu/page/1331). The "Intent to Graduate Form" must be completed to access the new version of the ME Graduation Application. Preparation and submission of your application is a measure of a student's commitment to complete the Mechanical Engineering curriculum in the current or in subsequent semester(s). Prospective Fall 2023 graduates DO NOT have to complete the “Intent to Graduate Form” because they have already completed their graduation application.
