Nacogdoches Junior Forum Holiday in the Pines Vendor Application- 2024
Dear Prospective Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in Holiday in the Pines, a select vendor market sponsored by Nacogdoches Junior Forum (NJF). Hosted annually on the weekend before Thanksgiving in the “Oldest Town in Texas”, attending Holiday in the Pines has become a tradition for many Nacogdoches Residents and East Texas Shoppers.  

The Event:  Hosted at the Nacogdoches County Exposition & Civic Center, Holiday in the Pines is a three-day vendor market beginning at 6:00 p.m. the Thursday before Thanksgiving and concluding at 4:00 p.m. that Saturday evening. Selling out over 350 tickets every year, our Thursday night event known as “One HIP Night” is a special ticketed event taking place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. One HIP Night ticket holders enjoy free beverages and appetizers, all sponsored by local businesses.  Our Holiday in the Pines host committee officers volunteer to “work” the One HIP Night ensuring as seamless an evening as possible. Friday and Saturday are general admission market shopping days. Nacogdoches Junior Forum volunteer members, working in shifts throughout the weekend, provide customer service assistance to both vendors and shoppers.  See more info on our website nacjrforum.org.

The Organization: One of nine Junior Forums, Inc. chapters in Texas, Nacogdoches Junior Forum is a women’s service organization whose mission is to support women, children, and seniors in Nacogdoches County.  Every penny earned by Holiday in the Pines is put back into our community.  Since 1990, Nacogdoches Junior Forum has hosted Holiday in Pines as its ONLY fundraiser supporting over 20 annual service projects and scholarships. Nacogdoches Junior Forum has no paid employees. We are a volunteer only service organization. Every booth fee, ticket sold, and individual contribution helps us help our community.
       
Please see our Holiday in the Pines Guidelines & Information and Vendor Application.  Please return the completed Vendor Application to me within 15 days of receipt of this letter. At this time, we ask that you DO NOT send payment with your application. The Selection Committee will review all vendor applications and mail an invitation to participate no later than July 31, 2024.  Signed contracts and booth fees will be due at that time.   I look forward to working with you in the coming months.  Please, should you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call or email me at the below information.
