We are pet-friendly and welcome guests traveling with their pets, subject to acceptance of our Pet Policy. We understand that your pets are part of your family, and we want to ensure that both you and your pet have a pleasant stay with us.

Here is important information regarding our pet policy:

- Fee: An additional charge of $60 per pet will apply for stays of 1 to 2 nights, and $100 per pet for stays of 3 nights or more.

- Allowed animals: We accept dogs and cats as pets in our facilities.

- Financial conditions: At check-in, a security deposit of $200 will be required in case of any damages caused by the pet. If damages occur, OP Apartotel by PEDASI OCEAN PROPERTIES will retain the full amount of the deposit. If the costs of damages exceed $200, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference or it will be charged to their credit card.

- Ground floor assignment: We reserve the right to assign a ground floor unit to guests traveling with pets for convenience and ease of access.

- Weight restriction: Dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms are permitted.

- Behavior rules: Within our facilities, your pet must always be leashed and under your supervision.

- Hygiene and cleanliness: Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in the common areas. We recommend taking your pet for walks in the surrounding areas and properly disposing of waste.

- Unit cleaning: Please note that no cleaning tasks will be performed inside the unit while your pet is present. We kindly request that you inform reception or the cleaning staff when your pet is not present so that we can proceed with the necessary cleaning.

- Access restrictions: Your pet will not have access to the main building where the reception, outdoor kitchen, social area, pool, and barbecue area are located.

- Furniture care: We kindly ask that you prevent your pet from climbing onto sofas or beds in the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the retention of the security deposit and even the invitation to leave our premises.

- Owner's responsibility: As the owner of the pet, you are responsible for maintaining proper hygiene conditions and are liable for any damages caused by your pet to third parties or the furniture of OP Apartotel by PEDASI OCEAN PROPERTIES.

- Contact information: Please provide a mobile phone number where we can reach you in case your pet is left alone in the property and may cause disturbance to other guests.
