2. If you have store credit from a previous return or exchange, please note that it will be factored into your new order.
- 若之前因退换货而得到的store credit ，下新订单的计算方式如下：
For example, if your order total is RM150 but you use RM80 of store credit, your actual expenditure will be RM70, and you will need to pay shipping costs as using store credit counts as an exchange (please refer to our return policy).
例：西马订单总数 RM150，使用store credit RM 80, 实际消费按RM 70计算，这种情况需要支付邮费，因使用store credit 下单属于换货（请参考 return policy 条规）。
3. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, please provide the following link for shipping fee payment. Submit the combined order request only after the shipping fee has been paid.
- 不满免邮额度的订单，请提供以下邮费付款链接支付，经支付邮费后才提交凑单申请。
