How it works:
1. Fill out this questionnaire (5 minutes tops).
2. Select what you want to chat about in our meeting.
3. We will schedule an appointment via Virtual meeting in the comfort of your own home or in person. If we meet as a virtual meeting, it's always best to do your session on the Desktop. You want to start 20 minutes early to work out any kinks. My appointments run close. Thank you so much
4. We will address your questions and concerns with a NO Cost for your consultation, nor will there ever be exchanged for money.
5. If we talk about Medicare, please have your prescription list, Part A, Part B, and the effective dates and medicare number.  Suppose you don't have your number yet. Please visit ssa.gov. or call 1-800-772-1213 or if you need help please feel free to contact me and I can guide you through it .
