K-8 Math Strategies and Resources to Increase Student Achievement
Join real classroom teacher, Brandy Hempen, in this one day, hands-on workshop focusing on strategies to increase student achievement in the math classroom. In this workshop you will be provided with information and activities relating to the following:
- Reaching struggling mathematicians
- Differentiating math lessons
- Ready to use math resources
- Classroom management strategies
- Managing daily classroom procedures
- Setting expectations
- Creating meaningful, standards-based math assessments
This training will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center in Vandalia. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The cost to attend this training is $120/participant and lunch will be provided. Each participant will receive 5.5 PD hours.
