109th Labor Day Rodeo, August 31 - September 2, 2024 Vendor Application, Sonoita, Arizona
The Labor Day Rodeo application will close July 15th, 2024  Applications received after the closing date will be put on a waiting list.

Please submit separate applications for each event you are interested in being a vendor.  Links can be found on our vendor web page.
 
Please note: Santa Cruz County, Arizona,  health permits are required by all food vendors.  

The parties recognize the current threat to the public from viruses including but not limited to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Vendor understands and acknowledges SCCFRA’s right to cancel on short notice due to the need to protect the public’s health.  Vendor understands and acknowledges that in the event of such a cancellation SCCFRA will not be responsible for any fees to be paid to Performer under this Agreement.

Thank you for your application and for applying to be a vendor for the Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association. Your application will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and we will fill spots based on the number of vendors needed to best support the crowd we are expecting. Once we have filtered through all of the information, you will receive an email with either an approval or decline. If you are approved, you will also receive a list of information we will need in order for you to be fully registered and a deadline for when to turn in that information.
