Thank you for choosing Willow Pool for your event! Complete this form to schedule your private party.

Private parties are only offered on Saturdays and Sundays, beginning two hours before the pool opens for public swim. Below is a schedule of when private parties can be scheduled.

For private parties, members are responsible for directly paying a minimum of two lifeguards at a minimum rate of $15/hour. Additionally, all nonmember guests are $5 each.

Before scheduling a date and time for your party, please check the pool calendar to ensure your time slot is available. Willow Pool Calendar: (localendar.com)

Submissions will be reviewed and added to the pool calendar every day. Check the pool calendar a couple days after submitting this form to ensure your party was approved and added to our schedule.
