Any player that has one or more past due payments on his or her account will not be eligible to receive a scholarship grant until such time as the account is brought current. If the account is not current by the time at which the Scholarship Committee meets to determine awards, the player will forfeit the opportunity to receive a scholarship grant that season.

If your family still owes a balance from a prior season you WILL NOT be allowed to apply for a scholarship grant until that balance is paid in full; if the scholarship grant deadline is missed because a previous year’s balance has not been paid or addressed with the accounting department, your family will forfeit the opportunity to receive scholarship grant money that season. However, money can still be earned through participation in the work program.

SCHOLARSHIP GRANT FUNDS HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE.

o Should the scholarship grant funds disbursed to your player’s account result in a credit balance, the total of the credit balance will be returned to the scholarship fund to be redistributed to other players in need.

o If your player has applied for a Scholarship grant and his or her account has been paid in full at the time the Scholarship Committee meets following the February deadline, he or she will not be eligible to receive a grant because there is no outstanding balance to which a grant can be applied and Scholarship grant funds have no monetary value.

• Any scholarship grant funds disbursed to your player’s account will be applied to the last invoice on your account first and will continue to be applied to the farthest outstanding balance until the amount of funds awarded is exhausted.

*** YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE MONTHLY DUES ON YOUR ACCOUNT IN FULL BY THE DUE DATE DESIGNATED EACH MONTH.

We understand the extent of the financial responsibility involved in Club volleyball. That being said, we are always willing to work with your family to the best of our ability in so much as it does not create a disadvantage for other players. If your financial situation changes during the season, we ask that you keep our Waco Directors updated so that we can work with your family’s budget and circumstances.
