At The Big Man Foundation, we understand that unexpected challenges can sometimes create financial hardships. We are here to offer support to eligible coaches who may be facing such difficulties. To ensure we can assist you effectively, we have set criteria to guide our assistance efforts. To be eligible for support from our fund, please consider the following:

• Active Coaching Membership: You (or your dependent) must be an active member of a recognized athletic coaching organization and have coached a sport within the last 12 months leading up to the event causing the financial hardship.

• Direct Impact Event: The event resulting in a financial burden must directly impact you or your dependent.

• Previous Assistance: You should not have received financial assistance from The Big Man Foundation within the past 12 months.

• Recent Hardship Event: The event causing the hardship must have occurred in the past 12 months.

Our Board of Directors carefully reviews each application, considering the need and the availability of funds. We want to assure you that submitting an application does not guarantee immediate funding. However, if your preliminary application is approved, we will reach out to you within a few business days with the necessary steps to take before full approval.
