TransPonder Community Interview Panel Application
TransPonder is searching for a new Executive Director to help lead and guide us in the years to come!

TransPonder leadership knows that the community needs to have a voice in helping us choose the best person for the job. Transgender people come from all cultures and all walks of life, so we understand how important it is to have someone leading this organization whom the community believes in. Help us make sure we're hiring the right person by applying to be a part of our Community Interview Panel.

If chosen to participate, you will sit on a panel with other community members and advisors to interview final applicants and assist us choosing TransPonder's new Executive Director.

WHAT YOU ARE COMMITTING TO:
    - 1 preliminary meeting to provide information and instructions to panelists
    - A minimum of 3 interviews (at 1 hour each)
    - 1 post process meeting to review applicants as a panel, discuss pros/cons, and provide recommendations

IF CHOSEN TO PARTICIPATE:
    - we will reach out to you with further details and to coordinate meeting and interview times.
