The purpose of this survey is to collect information about user experience with the ASVZ app. As you go through the survey, you will be asked to go through the steps of enrolling to a class and give us your feedback. This information will help us identify areas for improvement and ensure that the enrolment process is as smooth and user-friendly as possible. As students at ETH, we are conducting this survey independently from ASVZ. However, at the end of the project, we will share the results with ASVZ so that they can use them to improve the app and make the enrolment process even better. Prerequisites:
- have the ASVZ mobile app installed on your phone
- have a separate device to complete this form while following the steps
- have an active ASVZ account
- be logged into your ASVZ account on your mobile application
