Azalea Festival Window Display Contest 

2024 Theme:  Flower Tunes, Spring, or Azalea Festival Theme

  • The window display must be visible from the street, the decorations should match the theme, and the display must be family-friendly.
  • Lighting of some form is recommended! We strongly recommend Christmas lights, but other forms of lighting will be accepted. 
  • If you light your window please keep your window lights on until at least 10 PM. Use a timer if necessary. It is important to keep Downtown bright and festive through the evening.
  • Your window must be completed by Saturday, April 6th.
  • Saturday, April 6th is the Azalea Parade Day, with multiple other events happening throughout the day! This will be a chance to attract new customers.

Voting:

  • People’s Choice voting begins on April 6 - 15. We will post an album of all of the windows on our Main Street Muskogee Facebook page and have a link for people to vote for their favorite window. Voting ends on Saturday, April 15th at midnight.

  • Judges will view the windows the days of April 6 - April 13.

  • Your window display will be judged on the following:
    • Design - creativity, use of lights (optional), and construction
    • Use of Theme - Accurately represent the chosen theme and is easily recognizable.
    • Overall - WOW Factor
  • The winners will be announced on April 19th on the Main Street Muskogee Facebook and other sources.

  • 1st Place
  • 2nd Place
  • 3rd Place

Downtown Contest Boundaries: South Side of Denison, Both Sides of Main Street, Both sides of Elgin, and Both Sides of 7th Street.

Upon participating or submitting an application, I hereby enter into this agreement at my own risk.
