Cat Adoption Application
Each adoption is $150 and includes spay/neuter, FVRCP vaccination, microchip, flea treatment, and deworming. Adoption fee is non-refundable.

Preference is given to those who adopt in pairs (pending adoption approval.) If another adopter applies for the same cat you're interested in and is approved, priority will be given to them if they are adopting in pairs.

Adoption is also based on many factors and we will adopt to the home that most fits the needs of the cat(s).

Once your application is complete, our crew will review it and be in contact with you as we see fit.

To be considered as an adopter, you must:
Be 21 years of age or older (if younger, please ask your parent to complete this application).
Have identification showing your present address.
Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord.
Be able and willing to spend the time & money necessary to provide medical treatment and proper care of your cat.
