A sailor is any person with disabilities wishing to sail. Our website www.newforestsailability.co.uk includes useful information about our sailing, boats, FAQ etc.
This form must be completed by all persons prior to sailing and using the New Forest Sailability equipment.
The information which you provide in this form and any other information obtained or provided during the course of your application for membership of New Forest Sailability (“NFS”) will be used solely for the purposes of processing your application and dealing with you as a member of NFS.  The data will not be shared with any other organisations, third parties or commercial activities.  In submitting this form , you confirm you understand that the information it contains will be used for the purposes set out and you consent to that use.

The individual sailor annual membership fee is £25. Please pay by card at reception or by BACS to New Forest and District Sailability at NatWest 55-70-05 86899694 giving your name as reference. The daily sailing fee of £5.00 is payable in addition on the day.
