I understand that if I elect to pick up unsold items they must be picked up by the consignor the last day of the sale. See the webpage for details and to reserve your pick up time. All items not picked up will be donated to our charity partner. *

I understand that all my items will be marked ½ price, meaning they are eligible for the 50% off sale. Additionally, if I choose to donate my items they will be eligible to sell at 75% off if offered, allowing my items an additional opportunity to sell. *

I understand that Valet Consignors cannot make changes to their tags. If you want a specific price on an item please indicate it where appropriate. *

I understand that if I drop off out of season items they will be held until seasonally appropriate, at which time they will be tagged under then current rules if all minimums are met. If minimums are not met I will be given a deadline to meet the minimums, otherwise all items will be donated. *

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends is NOT responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items. *

I understand that as a valet consignor I earn 40% of my sold items and will be charged a $15 consignor fee (deducted from my check). Your tagger will receive 20% for preparing your items. *

I understand that I will be charged (deducted from my check) a $15 storage/supply fee (hangers, cardstock, safety pens, ink, baggies, etc) for up to 150 TAGS, and an additional $5 for every 50 TAGS over 150. *

I understand there is a $150 value minimum to participate in the JBF Valet Program (meaning all tags entered must equal at least $150). I am bringing enough items to meet this minimum. *

I understand any tags entered under my valet account, even those entered personally, will be subject to valet rules and percentages. If I want to enter my own items I understand I need to create a 2nd account. *

I understand my items may be sold online, in Abilene, or in the San Angelo sale. *

I understand

Items MUST be washed and sorted by SIZE and GENDER before drop-off. Outfits that go together should be folded together, such as coordinating hats, socks, or even a shirt that goes with a certain pair of pants, before drop-off. ALL STAINED/DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED. *

All toys/electronics must have working batteries. If we replace batteries there is a $1 charge per battery. All puzzles/games must have all pieces and parts. A $5 fee is assessed for items returned for missing parts/pieces. *

All items MUST be brought in LABELED TOTES, BINS, or BOXES ONLY. These items will NOT be returned to you. (Large items do not need to be boxed, but please label them clearly). *

JBF reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet our standards of cleanliness, organization, etc. I understand that if more than 30 items do not meet our standards a .25 cent handling and disposal fee will be assessed PER ITEM. *
