2024 OA Youth Officer Event Attendance Request Form
Thank you for your interest in inviting a youth officer (national or regional) of the Order of the Arrow (OA) to attend your event. For efficiency, we recommend requesting one officer at a time for your event. If your first requested officer is not available, you can certainly submit subsequent requests. If you are inviting a region officer to your event, we recommend inviting the officer from your region before inviting the officer from another region.

The youth officers of the OA are excited to visit section, lodge, and council events to share their vision of the OA with fellow members.  We will do our best to attend your event while balancing availability (personal, school, and other OA events) with requests.  If no officer is available to attend your event, national OA committee members and OA professional staff are also excellent guests for your event.  To visit with as many people as possible, we do our best not to send multiple national OA representatives to the same event.

Travel and event-related costs for inviting a national officer are the responsibility of the inviting party, including but not limited to travel, lodging, and event fees.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will be notified by the National Director (for requests of the National Chief or National Vice Chief) or Region Chair (for requests of the Region Chiefs) with the officer's availability for your event.

Please note that the 2024 officer's terms will end on December 28, 2024 when submitting your request.

Thank you for your leadership in the Order of the Arrow.
