This form states in summary form the commitments we are requesting from the groups who are ready to be one of the 50 or more groups that make the Community Calendar possible now and in the future. The groups that signup here will participate in establishing the categories, subcategories, age groups, and regions we will use. Once we have 50 committing groups ("Tags" or "Venues"), we will provide a contract (once ready) to be reviewed and signed. Once we receive 50 or more signed contracts, we will setup the software and provide sign-ons for each Tag or venue once the annual subscription fee of $100 or less is received.
Please note Tags are groups as they are to be presented to the Community. For example, City of Philadelphia will NOT be a Tag. Network of Neighbors will be a Tag (a section of DBHIDS), The commitments stated below will be made by the leadership of the Tag or Venue. Each Tag or Venue can have as many sign-ons as they need to load and manage their specific events.
REQUESTED COMMITMENT:
a. We will enter and manage our own events in the Community Calendar following the common sense Community Guidelines provided.
b. We will promote use of the Community Calendar to our networks.
c. For our specific events, we will add a link to our website and social media.
d. We will comply with the Gatherboard Terms of Service and Privacy statements viewable via a link at the bottom of all Gatherboard Community Calendars, including not sharing of personal signons.
e. We will invest up to $100 per year for our portion of the Gatherboard software subscription (once requested), with the understanding that we can cancel by giving 60 days notice prior to our subscription access anniversary date.
