We invite you to the Exhibition of 20th INTERNATIONAL WASBE CONFERENCE Gwangju-Gyeonggi, KOREA 2024, a festival for wind musicians around the world, held in Gwangju City.

2024 20th International WASBE Conference is a networking and sales event for instrument manufacturers and distributors, music producers and publishers, and wind instrument education organizations from around the world.
The exhibition is targeted at the audience attending the main concert, conference which is the core program of the event.

Businesses and organizations that apply for the exhibition program will receive an art wall-style booth and display items.

We will create a convenient and high-profile exhibition and business space.

※ Application Period : Dec 18, 2023 ~ until the entire booth is exhausted.
※ Application Fee : 1,000,000KRW per booth (About 760USD per booth)
※ Provided item : Woodworking Art-wall(Space of 3*3m), 1 Table, 2 Chairs, Electricity, Internet

Personal Information(Portrait Rights) Collection and Use Agreement

We would like to inform you in advance that the videos and photos taken during the 2024 WASBE Conference Fringe Festival may be used for future videos or promotional materials and request your consent.

Purpose of Collection and Use

- To use the video and photos of the 2024 WASBE Conference exhibition for future secondary productions.
- Uploading to the 2024 WASBE Conference SNS(Instagram etc.)

Items to be colleted
- Consent to collect and use portrait rights for video shooting and uploading videos.

The collected personal information will be kept for 3years from the end of the 2024 WASBE Conference event and will be deleted when the period has elapsed.
However, in the case of videos or other secondary productions, they will be uploaded as a post after the event ends and kept for portrait of the information subject(portrait right holder.)

- The information subject may refuse to consent to the collection of personal information, and the information subject ma refuse to fill out the required fields and consent to use.
- In this case, we will notify you that you will not be able to participate in the 2024 WASBE Conference Exhibition.
