UK's Top Tuned Car Participant Application Form

Welcome to the Top Tuned Car competition organised by Performance and Tuning Car Show.  We're searching for the Top Tuned Car in the UK with the opportunity for the winner to display their car at the event. It could be your car!

The judging panel will decide on the top ten by 7th November 2022 for the public to vote between 7 and 30 November 2022 on which top three will be showcased in front of other fans of car modification scene.

The prizes include the display of the winning Top 3 on 14-15 January at the NEC in Birmingham. We will offer you a hotel and a valet for your tuned car, all we need you to do is fill in the form below and you will be in the chance winning of this fantastic prize.

  1. The promoter of the competitions is Pitbox Limited whose registered office address is 1 Clays Lane, DE14 3HS, UK (“Promoter”).
  2. Enquiries regarding competitions can be directed at the Promoter’s marketing team at admin@pitbox91.com.
  3. To qualify to enter you must be resident in the United Kingdom.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. There is no prize with a monetary value. The three owners of the winning cars will be notified by December 10th 2022 that their cars are to be displayed at Birmingham's NEC. From 14-15 January (arrival evening on 13 January). The promoter will provide hotel accommodation if required and cover the valeting costs. Therefore, you should only enter your car if you are able to bring it to Birmingham on these dates. If any of the recipients of the most votes doesn't respond by December 12th 2022, the promoters reserve the right to select another entrant's car to be displayed.
  6. Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed (except where the Competition states that more than one entry can be submitted) and any entrant who enters more than the permitted maximum will be disqualified. Where a winner has been selected and the Promoter discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has made more than one Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Rules.
  7. The Top 10 finalists will be chosen based on the Promoter’s judging panel. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  8. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  9. Finalists and winners will be requested to take part in promotional activity and the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and pictures of winners in any publicity both in paper and online.
  10. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Legislation and any subordinate legislation passed under the Act. It will only be used for the purposes of managing this event and not used for any marketing purposes. Data relating to entrants will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the competition closes to assist the Promoter to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the competition. The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You and the Promoter irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or matter or to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions and that accordingly any proceedings may be brought in such courts.
