Following submission and review of this form, the interested party will be considered a Registered Capital Provider with the OK C-PACE program. OK C-PACE will list this Registered Capital Provider on the program’s website.

Once registered, the Capital Provider will be required to sign a ‘Oklahoma C-PACE Registered Capital Provider Certification for Conducting Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Financing Transactions' prior to closing its first deal.
