*陳寄嶠：皇家土木工程和結構工程師，並擁有商業管理碩士學位。曾於全球基礎設施工程項目顧問工作20多年，亦擔任多個英國政府部長級諮詢委員職務。2019年退休前長時間擔任全英華人保健中心總裁職務，亦為華福信託基金會聯席主席。2022年一月成為增補委員。

*Eddie Chan: A chartered civil and structural engineer and chartered manager with a MBA degree. He has over 20 years’ experience of working in consultancy on infrastructure development worldwide. Eddie has been a member of various UK government departments’ ministerial advisory groups. Before retiring in 2019, he was the Director of the Chinese National Healthy Living Centre. He is also Co-Chair of Chinese Welfare Trust. Co-opted member since Jan 2022.
