Music Camp International is excited to announce that registration is now open for our Virtual Christmas Camp!
ALL VIRTUAL REHEARSALS ARE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH.

DATES OF VIRTUAL CAMP: December 13-18

TIME OF VIRTUAL ZOOM REHEARSALS:  A variety of rehearsal times are provided to accommodate various time zones around the world. Please select the time listed for your region that fits your school schedule. Music Camp International reserves the right to adjust rehearsal times depending on the number of children that register for each session. We need a minimum of 15-20 students to offer a rehearsal time.

AGES:  All children ages 13 - 18.
The minimum age for all of our Virtual Music Camps is age 13 by September 1, 2021.

DATES OF OPEN REGISTRATION:  Registrations must be submitted by midnight on Tuesday, November 30. Registrations received December 1-6 will be charged an additional late fee.

COST OF REGISTRATION: A charitable donation may be made in Romanian leu (for students in Romania), or Ukrainian hrivna (for students in Ukraine). All others should be in U.S. dollars and submitted either by credit card or PayPal. Students who are enrolled in Musedics have no additional cost for this Camp.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE is available to students of socially vulnerable groups (if documents are available)by submitting an application. Please submit your request to
connie@musiccampinternational.org 
Financial assistance will help with a maximum of 50%.

REQUIREMENTS:  Each child will be expected to submit multiple selfie videos and will need an internet connection, a smartphone, tablet or computer, and earphones. Students will receive a confirmation after completing this form and submitting the Registration. Students will receive a password to  Music Camp's Moodle site where all materials for the Camp are located. Students also need a quiet place, away from other family members and interruptions where they can participate in the rehearsals.

WARDROBE: For the final concert, all students are asked to wear a traditional popular costume from his/her own country.

PHOTO RELEASE
Music Camp International reserves the right to use pictures and video footage for printed and digital materials. Completion of this registration form and participation in the Camp certifies your agreement of this photo release.
