Please complete this form to register your interest for Five Element Shiatsu Workshops to be held in Monmouthshire during 2024/25. It will be possible to sign up for all five or simply drop in to one that appeals or suits your diary. I am aiming to charge between £45 - £50 for a four hour workshop. The group size will be 10 or less.
These typical half-day or 4 hour workshops will be held on the weekend in either Monmouth or a village hall near Trellech. Suggested plan is:

Earth - September 2024

Water - January 2025
Come join me to experience the amazing, holistic, energy movement and healing gifts of Shiatsu. Each session will share gentle movement exercises, approaches for self-care, acupressure points and connection through touch. You learn have chance to connect with others interested in energy/healing work and learn a safe Shiatsu routine to share with friends and family.
*No prior experience of Shiatsu or energy work is needed and the session will accessible for all levels of physical ability.
*Please wear soft clothing with layers depending on the weather/temperature, bring water, a blanket and a cushion for relaxing.
(A yoga mat, blankets, cushions will be helpful but not essential).
