2024 Camp Cancellation Form
Please submit this form to process the request to cancel your child's summer camp according to the Cancellation Policy below. Submit one form for each child. You will receive confirmation via email when your camp has been cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*Cancellations through March 15, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $50 Administration Fee for each week, per camper that is registered. 

*Cancellations made March 16, 2024 through April 30, 2024 will receive a 75% refund 

*Cancellations made May 1, 2024 up to two weeks prior to camp start will receive a 50% refund.

*No refunds will be given for cancellations within two weeks of camp start unless the camp is cancelled.

2024 Weeks:
Week 1: June 3-7
Week 2: June 10-14
Week 3: June 17-21 (4 days: no camp 7/19)
Week 4: June 24-28
(No Camp July 1 - July 5)
Week 5: July 8-12
Week 6: July 15-19
Week 7: July 22-26
