Manufacturing Month Survey
This short survey for Lake City's manufacturing industry is intended to gauge interest in proposed ideas for Manufacturing Month activities.  This is a collaboration between The Lake City Chamber of Commerce, Lake City Port Authority (CEDA), and Workforce Development, Inc.  
It is our goal to celebrate the local manufacturers in our area, and increase awareness of all they bring to the community.  It is essential that whatever we do brings value to your organization so please let us know what would work best for you in your answers below.
