Pet Portrait Commission Form
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in commissioning me. Please read these terms of service before filling in the form.

Terms of Service

- The completed artwork is for personal use only. You may use your commission for banners, icons, backgrounds etc. as long as I am credited.

- I have the right to use a completed commission for commission examples on my social media and portfolio. (https://gemmahollingsworth.wixsite.com/portfolio)

- I have the right to refuse a commission offer.

- Finished artwork will be sent as a PNG through email. Other file types are available upon request.

- Commissions will be about 15cm x 15cm (1772px x 1772px) 300 DPI. If you require a different size please add this into the additional comments section.

- Backgrounds will be relatively simple, as shown in the example images, but if you have something in mind please add that to additonal comments (No extra charge)

- A single pet portrait is £40 paid full upfront through Paypal invoice before I begin.

- Commissions will take approximately 1-2 weeks. A sketch (including base colours) progress update will be sent to your contact email. You are welcome to message me for progress updates at any time.
