My name is Jerred.

I’d like to take a brief moment to introduce myself.

I’m a Co-Owner of the best marketing agency MTM Creative Imaging & Co. where my wife and I walk in business together. Our whole marketing team is top notch because they want to be. Excellence is magnetic. My wife and I have two children. One girl & one boy. They know how to handle business.

My careers & entrepreneurial journey started young. Selling snacks, jewelry, cutting grass and shoveling snow. I started government sub-sub-contracting as a teen. Then I got into retail and local government work with an ambulance company, next was banking & hospital... from hospital to insurance. From agent to broker. From broker to investor / entrepreneur.

(I skipped about 37+ jobs... we moved a lot. We lived in Japan for 12 years, then to the states.) But when I got connected in the insurance world things took off!

Initially a 60% increase in income. Then doubled. Then 6 figures then that started a new lifestyle and mindset. A lot happened fast.

All the while our small family was being featured on the news, global TV shows, articles, etc... Our side-hustle of a YouTube channel was bringing in real money deals through partnerships and negotiations. (We’ll talk more about that later.)

All in all... I got tired of life leveling up and having to feel like I was leaving people behind. So I want to open doors for you the ways others opened doors for me. It took mentorship, it took mental toughness, it took men seeing the man I could be and calling me out of the slow pace I was going in, to catapult me forward forever.

That’s why you’re here. You want a push... but I’ll be honest. Sometimes it may feel like a punch. This is a good space for no pain no gain. This is a mental workout. A practical roadmap. A raw reality check that is worth embracing. It takes time to digest. But I’m where I am because I was willing to take on challenges one step at a time.
