All participants must be listed and be at least 16 years of age.
By submitting this form you are completing a pre-sign up for the upcoming series classes.
We need a minimum of participants in each series to run them. Once you submit the form, you will receive an invoice to the email address provided for payment.
Invoices will be sent out once the minimum number is reached.
Payment is due prior to the series start date.
By submitting this form you are agreeing to the sign up and cancelation terms-submission reserves your spot in your selected series, should you need to cancel or drop out of the series prior to the start date you will be charged a 50% cancelation fee.
