The Hampton Bays Public Schools and Suffolk County Department of Labor, Licensing & Consumer Affairs have created a 10-session Hospitality Academy to train individuals looking to join the industry for full-time, part-time or seasonal work.  Participants were trained in a number of hospitality-related topics, including front and back of house overviews, lodging, the guest experience and professionalism.  Participants are 18 years and older.
