This form is for ‘New to Haydon’ (external) students.

Please be advised that you should refer to the ‘Sixth Form Course Guide’ (available to download from our website) as we will require you to select your subject choices.

Students with EHC Plans:-
Applications being made for students with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) should NOT apply for a placement at our school via this form. Please in the first instance discuss with your local authority who will be able to assist and make the application on your behalf.

International Applicants:-
International students are welcome to apply for a place at Haydon Sixth Form using this form, however prior to making an application please check your rights for attending a state funded school. Any questions regarding rights should be directed to the ‘Home Office Schools Referrals Team’ who can be contacted on schoolreferrals@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

You will also need to provide a Statement of Comparability from UK ENIC, an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to UK qualifications. We won’t be able to proceed with your application without the Statement of Comparability is the designated United Kingdom national agency for the recognition and comparison of international qualifications and skills.
