International shipping will be determined per order and applied to your invoice. (International shipping availability is subject to COVID restrictions. Pricing and availability is determined by USPS, not by me!)

Once form is filled out, you will be emailed an invoice for payment. Invoices are sent once a week on Wednesdays. PRE-ORDER IS NOT PLACED UNTIL INVOICE IS PAID. If invoice is not paid within 48 hours, it will be cancelled.
