Lunch available for all Mapleton community children - Mapleton will be offering grab and go meals to every child under the age of 18, including students with disabilities up to the age of 22, in the Mapleton school district. Either complete the form on the lunch menu webpage or call 419-945-8156 with your name, phone number, name of each child, and if you want pick-up or delivery.

You do not need to sign up each week. By completing this form you will guarantee your lunch pickup or delivery on the dates and times below:

Lunches will be delivered or picked up between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Pick-up will be at the HS entrance.
