It’s hard to believe in a few short weeks, our fifth graders will be moving on to Crone Middle School. In order to celebrate their accomplishments, the Graham PTA and staff have worked together to create a few special events to celebrate them!

5th Grade will be attending a field trip to Ultimate Ninjas on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Please complete the field trip permission form below for your child. All field trip permission forms will be completed digitally. 

If you have more than one child attending this field trip, please submit a form for each child.  Please complete and submit the digital Field Trip Permission form by May 1st. 

The cost to attend this field trip is $15 per student.  Payments can be sent on or before May 1st  via  https://grahampta.memberhub.com/store/items/998140.  Scholarships will be provided by the PTA for any student who needs financial assistance.  Please reach out to Mrs. Witkowski.

Time: 9:30am-1:30pm

Location: Ultimate Ninjas

Transportation: Students will be transported via school bus between their home school and Ultimate Ninjas.

Cost: $15.00

Lunch: Students will need to pack a disposable sack lunch for this field trip as they will be eating at Ultimate Ninjas

Chaperones: Each class will be bringing 3 chaperones.  In the event more than 3 parents volunteer, the teachers will complete a lottery and will notify the parents who have been selected.
