APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED STARTING FEBRUARY 1ST AND CONTINUE TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED UNTIL APRIL 1ST, OR UNTIL ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED.

Theme
All vendors regardless of type must be compatible with a pirate, medieval or renaissance theme. This is not restrticted to any country of origin for the type of goods or services provided.


Taxes
All taxable goods require a New York State Tax ID number and a Tax ID certificate. You will be required to provide a copy of the Original Certificate in this form. Temporary numbers will not be accepted. You will also be required to have your Original Certificate in your shop during operating ours of the event. New York State requires us to file a Report of Show reporting the Tax ID numbers of all exhibitors that participate in the event.


Insurance
You must have a $1 Million Liability Insurance Policy with a $2 Million aggregate naming Megara Inc, Friars of the Atonement, Inc, The Town of Philipstown, and Putnam County, NY as additionally insured. We must receive a copy of this certificate prior to the opening day of the event.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN YOUR SHOP without this. Failure to provide is grounds for termination of any agreements between you and Megara Inc.


Fees
If you are accepted into the event, you will be subject to a revenue sharing fee between 8%-20% of gross revenue excluding taxes (percentage determined by type of vendor ie. 8% for crafters, 12% for resellers, and 20% for services). This fee is paid weekly to Megara Inc. You will also be subject to a deposit due upon acceptance in the amount of $200 for goods/services and $250 for food vendors. This deposit shall be returned at the end of the event subject to your fulfillment of the final vendor agreement. There are no other fees associated with your participation in the faire, unless you choose to rent equipment from us. We do not charge a season registration fee or any other ancillary fee for your allotted space on the event grounds.


Rental Fees
We have limited tents, tables, and chairs and other smaller items for rent if you are in need of them. Tents are available for rent for the season at rates between $100 - $250 for the season. Other items' pricing is available upon request, and package deals are available with discounts. For information regarding renting equipment, please email rentals@megara.us


Parking/Camping
There are campgrounds near the event grounds that is managed by third parties and is available for use during the season for RVs, Cabin and Tent campers. If you wish to utilize this campground, there will be a fee assessed by the provider either per day, week or month of usage. There is parking near the event that is dedicated for staff and vendors. This parking is free of charge.
