CCCA Program Selection
Greetings Students and Parents!  The purpose of this form is for you to select your program of study at CCCA, pending your enrollment. All students will work towards their NC high school diploma, regardless of the program that is selected. In addition to the standard high school diploma, CCCA students work towards completion of a career and technical education (CTE) certificate and a college degree, both of which enhance their education and skillset, thus enhancing their probability of success.  The four CTE programs that we offer are Broadcasting, Culinary Arts, Masonry, and Metals Manufacturing.  Students will make decisions about their college courses once enrolled.

Please make sure you have participated in the 8th Grade CTE Tour BEFORE completing this CTE program selection form.  If you are unable to participate in the live tour, please contact the school for information on our programs before making your selection.

It is important that you participate in the CTE Tour so that you can make an informed decision about the CTE program you want to go into.  If you have any questions about this process, please contact the school at 910-642-7141 ext 422.  When you are ready, please make your selections below and submit this form by April 23, 2021.
