Dear Students,
This form is to be used by students who wish to apply for an Internship on their own. The Department will issue this letter of support explaining the internship process to any prospective employer, and introducing you as a final year undergraduate of the Department. Once you submit this form, the Department will issue a letter within 7 days.
Please be kind enough to fill this form with your details and to whom the letter should be addressed (Internship Sponsor Details). If you do not have one at this moment, you still can get a letter addressed as "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN".(which you can submit to any organization)
