Rome (IT) 08 January 2020
Full proposal check (FPC) events offer  a chance to improve the quality of project proposals based on feedback from experienced external experts and national contact points (NCPs). These events aim to transfer useful knowledge and increase proposers' chances for funding.

You can participate either on-site in Rome or remotely through skype.

Following your registration, you will be contacted by phone for a short interview, after which you will receive your attendance confirmation and further details on how to submit your proposal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the challenging calendar for the 2019-2020 calls is forcing us to choose a date for the FPC event very close to the deadline (16/01), not giving the proposers the usual time of several weeks, to improve proposals based on the comments received.
To ensure meaningful feedback, the proposals shall therefore be very mature. This will force us to confirm and finalize the agenda for the FPC very late, most likely, only in the first week of January. We ask proposers to keep their agendas free for the 3 days (or at least for the 8th) until confirmation. Most proposals checks will be scheduled for 8 January (if needed, additional time slots will be available on 7 and 9 January). We apologize for the tight timeline, nevertheless, we hope that our FPC service will help you finalize excellent proposals.
