CSHS ENCORE is the “booster club” for the CSHS Orchestra. Members support the orchestra, provide senior scholarships, receive updates on activities and events, and give input about the support we provide. Our goal is to have ALL orchestra families join CSHS ENCORE. Membership is $20 per family for the 2022-23 year.

There are four parts to the membership form:
     -Parent/Guardian/Alumni Information
     -Student Information
     -Volunteer Opportunities (optional)
     -Sponsorships (optional)

Payment information is given at the end of the form and will not be due at the time of the form submission. We want all our orchestra families to be part of Encore. If you need a hardship waiver for dues, please indicate at the end of the form.
