Mattapan Tech Board Member Application
The Mattapan Tech Governing Board is not a place where potential members can expect to earn money or any special advantages, to pave the way to successful employment or to meet and develop privileged relationships with rich and famous or powerful politicians. Our members are ordinary citizens that you meet everyday at your workplace, the local supermarket, at the church, the synagogue or the lodge. They are great citizens with a sense of purpose, duty and responsibility toward their community and they want to give back. The Board meets every 2 months to discuss how we can sustain and improve our current services, develop and plan new programs aimed at empowering our community.

Membership Fee - We suggest a membership fee of a least $100 but it is mandatory. To be considered as an outstanding voting member of the board it is recommended to pay the membership fee.  However members are encouraged to make a donation or to raise at least $500 per year. The amount of money that you contribute or raise for the organization does not make a member more special than another board member, although the amount of your donation will be recognized and appreciated by every member of the board and available to public, except you specify to keep your donation anonymous
