Course Preference Form 2023-2024
This form is for all students (grades 6-8) who will be at Sanford Middle School for the 2023-2024 school year. You will use this form to enter your elective class preferences for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Please read instructions and complete the form carefully. Some of the choices listed are classes that are being considered, but may not be offered. If your first choice is at capacity or not offered, we will move on to the next choice when creating schedules. You may submit this form multiple times, if needed; we will use your most recent response when building your schedule.
