RSVP form - "Diversity" in the Workplace
Center for Mindfulness, Compassion, & Resilience would like to invite you to gather together to discuss important topics facing students, faculty, staff and our community in the current social climate through the lens of Equitable Mindfulness. In this year's series we will be offering gatherings and workshops geared toward using mindfulness, compassion, and resilience in today's world.
Our April gathering: "Diversity" in the workplace invites you to dialogue about feeling different than your counterparts in the workplace, creating spaces of diverse thought and action, and how we combat tokinism. We invite you to bring any stories, forms of art, or academic articles that help you to narrate YOUR own experience through the provided theme.

Gathering: "Diversity" in the workplace
Themed Question: What it’s like to be considered other in the workplace and how to navigate the tokenism?
After this gathering, in conjunction with the equitable mindfulness initiative, Center will be offering free follow-up crafting workshops. These workshops are designed to help continue activation of the discussions post-gathering and to facilitate creating art that can help participants express meaning and healing. Please see below for the workshop in conjunction with this gathering:
