This form is created to show support for the recension of the 1963 suspension of James Dugan during the 1963 basketball game between Flagstaff High School and Prescott High School.  The Arizona Interscholastic Association levied a remainder of the season suspension on James after the Flagstaff Unified School Board refused to suspend citing the racial slurs and vile comments made to James and substantiated by the officials of the game.  This was the first and only suspension given by the AIA to an individual player above and beyond the by-laws.
