In order to be considered for casting in both/either the PAC ProAm productions of ARSENIC & OLD LACE and/or THE NOVEL STAGE ADVENTURES OF SHERLOCK HOLMES: THE VALLEY OF FEAR, you must complete this online form. Although computer kiosks will be available in the PAC lobby one hour prior to Auditions, we strongly encourage everyone to submit this online form PRIOR to arrival.

In Order To Be Considered Please Accept The Following Conditions

Due to vulgarity and other adult content, the PAC considers both of these productions to be rated PG but reserves you (or your guardian) the right to determine if you are mature enough to handle such content. *
