Self Kindness Workshop- Application Form-Organised Workshops of Kindness
Dear Organised Acts of Kindness Lovers,

By filling out this form, you will apply to participate in the next workshop of our "Organised Workshops of Kindness" cycle. These workshops fall under the Organised Acts of Kindness campaign, holded by EFPSA's Social Impact Initiative service and co-delivered by the EFPSA's non-formal education trainers. We will accept only 20 participants and you will be selected on a first come first served basis.

Why Self Kindness Workshop?

Kindness has been proved as a basic human value which is essential for our survival since infancy. It is supported by discernment and empathy, while contributing to happiness and life satisfaction. This value has a positive impact to mental health not only when it is offered towards others but also when we offer it to ourselves. However, many times has happened that we forget to treat ourselves in a kind way even though we may give huge speeches to others on the importance to love and support both their strengths and weaknesses, successes and failures. Why do we treat others nicely and we forget about ourselves? Why self-kindness is important for our well-being? How it can be applied to our daily life? These are some of the topics that we will try to uncover and discuss during our workshop. Come to treat yourself with self-kindness, self-love and respect. Make this gift to yourself.

Date: 6th of September
Workshop Hours: 20.00-21.30 CET
Trainers:  Michaela Sklatinioti,  Denisa Mouchová
