CLI General Community Survey - 2020
Thank you for supporting CLI and our clients this year!  It is community members like you that make CLI successful.  

We need just one more favor and then we'll be completely done for the year!

We need your ideas.

If you are helping a CLI client with their responses, please go to www.CLIsupports.com and click on "CLI client survey".  The questions are slightly different and we want to make sure that responses are tabulated in the correct demographic.

Be honest.  CLI gets better when we know what we should do more of-- AND what we should do less of-- AND what maybe we should immediately stop doing.

Every box on this survey will require an answer, but anything you type in will allow you to move on to the next question.  However, just remember we all learn better when someone takes the time to teach us.

CLI was awarded two grants from the Ohio Department of DD to help us become a more innovative provider.  Your answers to the following questions will help us with these grant projects.  DD services in Ohio were changing even before COVID shut workshops down this year.  This means that we need to build new ways to support our clients.  As CLI develops new services, we need to know what is most important to include (and what isn't).
